About the WISE Young Professionals Committee (WYPC)

The WISE Young Professionals Committee (WYPC) was established to give early-career STEM professionals a platform to grow as leaders, build meaningful networks, and shape the future of equity and inclusion in STEM.

Made up of individuals from a wide range of STEM roles and organisations, WYPC brings together diverse perspectives and lived experiences to champion women in STEM. Acting as visible role models and allies, they work to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion across their fields.

Through dedicated workstreams, the group supports initiatives, builds partnerships, and creates engaging content to inspire and connect with young people and women in STEM, all while advancing the WISE mission.
