As an industry leader and signatory to the WISE Gender Equity Framework you are agreeing to:

• make a public commitment to improve gender parity for women working in science, technology and engineering as an essential part of the campaign to attract more girls into the sector.
• supporting the WISE Gender Equity Framework to support organisations seeking to retain and develop female talent.

To formally become a signatory your organisation needs to be a WISE member. Please send us an email of confirmation that you have executive level support for the project, including the name and title (usually CEO, MD, or similar) of your nominated signatory. We also need the approval to use your corporate logo on all marketing material related to the Gender Equity Framework.

You will receive a certificate in recognition of your commitment which can be displayed on your website.
