My Skills My Life is a fantastic opportunity to position your STEM organisation as a place dedicated to having a welcoming and diverse workforce – by showcasing those already working within your business.

It is designed to be complimentary to and supportive of other outreach programmes and you can easily tailor the resource to best suit your outreach work.

Be Informed – Company Diversity and Inclusion Training and Resource Package

WISE has developed a training package for companies to accompany the My Skills My Life resource. Aimed at organisations which are wishing to include My Skills My Life in their outreach programme, this is a full training package including unconscious bias training, training in the delivery of the My Skills My Life resource, additional downloadable resources, and company tracking.

Be Seen – Increase Brand Reach

My Skills My Life is an ideal platform to showcase your company/organisation/industry to girls, their parents, teachers and schools.

This could include what you do and the kind of people you are looking to recruit in the future. Each role model from your company on the platform will be linked to your organisation and will include the company logo.

A company profile on the My Skills My Life platform is included in membership for members for Active+ Members of WISE.

Empower and Champion Your Employees

Encourage your employees to become WISE Role Models. Our goal is to create the largest database of female STEM role models in the UK, to allow girls to be inspired and fully understand the vast opportunities available to them in STEM. We’re looking for a range of role models to reflect all sectors and backgrounds. Your employees can register, for free, as role models by completing their very own profiles.
