WISE Recruitment Workshop
This 2-3 hour workshop aims to provide an informative and interactive session to help organisations improve the diversity of their recruitment pool and subsequent successful applicants. By highlighting how unconscious bias and gendered communications can have an impact on your recruitment outcomes we will help you identify ways you can ensure that you are getting access to the best talent in the market.

This course offers attendees an introduction into the diversity issues affecting modern organisations with relevant and sector specific examples.
Unconscious Bias Training
Find out how your own biases might affect recruitment or business interactions.
Encourages staff to ensure their interactions with colleagues are more inclusive. The training provides evidence-based research and insights, tips, and guidance. Facilitated discussions are used to encourage and to inform business planning, to enable participants to leave with ideas and offer practical action points for eliminating bias.
