Using a career personality quiz, the resource matches young people with role models who share similar personality types. This approach helps them to relate to STEM not just through technical skills, but through the values they care about – such as improving lives, solving real-world problems, and making a difference in society. Unlike traditional career guides, My Skills My Life shares relatable stories of women in STEM, making STEM career paths feel both achievable and meaningful.
