Gender Equity diagnostic tool

The Gender Equity Framework helps companies improve their recruitment, retention and progression of women. It is an initiative led by industry and designed specifically by employers working in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) sectors. The diagnostic tool was created to help measure current achievements and highlight future priorities to retain and develop women within organisations.

Our framework consists of five pillars that encompass all aspects of workplace diversity and inclusion: data, attraction, progression, retention and engagement. 

As part of the framework we have two diagnostics which aim to give a full and complete understanding of the reality and perceptions of EDI progression within your organisation.

The first is the HR diagnostic. This is designed to assess your organisations policies and processes, providing a comprehensive overview and  baseline data set of where your organisation stands and what areas need to be improved.

The second is the employee diagnostic . This version is completed by the wider employee base, giving a greater depth of understanding of the perceptions and experiences of EDI within your organisation.

The diagnostic can then be shared with employees at your organisation to get a true understanding of gender inclusivity at your organisation.
