Lynn Chamberlain-Clark works in the Great British Railway’s Transition Team working on people and culture activity and design.   Prior to this Lynn worked for 10 years in Network Rail on safety culture which included a project on behalf of the European commission to improve safety culture across rail infrastructure organisations in Europe.  Her current role involves developing the people based design, systems, processes and capabilities that will create the behaviours and culture change required for the  future rail industry across Britain as out lined in the ‘Plan for Rail’.
