Debbie is a Chartered Engineer and certified Project Management Professional with 29 years of engineering experience in mechanical and systems engineering, applied research, system testing, programme management and engineering leadership. In her 27 years with BAE Systems, she has held a variety of roles, written and led proposals, had secondments into Manufacturing and Finance and been part of the Business Development organisation in both the US and the UK. In addition to the day job, Debbie is a Foundation Governor at her local Primary School, serving as Vice Chair of Governors and the Finance Committee Chair. She is a passionate advocate for STEM and volunteers as a STEM Ambassador as much as possible.
