WISE Ten Steps: Change mindsets by challenging bias and sexism

As one of WISE’s strategic members Network Rail has done a great deal of work to Change mindsets by challenging bias and sexism within the organisation.

This case study takes a close-up look at how Network Rail has grown its employee resource groups (networks) since they launched in 2015. It explores how these groups report back to the leadership team as well as some of the challenges faced.

The reporting mechanisms should provide pointers to other organisations and the initiatives launched by each of the networks should help inspire others groups wanting to extend diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
