Empowering and supporting neurodiverse talent in STEM

This webinar which took place on 4 April 2025 explored the unique challenges faced by neurodiverse women in STEM fields.

We were joined by Daisy March (The IET), Pip Ross (WSUP Advisory), Caroline Norris (AtkinsRéalis) who shared real-life experiences and highlighted strategies that have helped neurodiverse women thrive at work.

They also gave recommendations for organisations to foster inclusive environments, implement tailored support and create policies that prioritise diversity and equity for neurodivergent women in the workplace.
