Her professional background is in HR and Recruitment Consultancy working across a number of market sectors including, Engineering, Retail and IT Software. Her roles since joining Atkins part of the SNC-Lavalin Group in 2004 have been varied ranging from HR Business Partner supporting a number of business areas to Corporate specialist focusing on Recruitment, Learning & Development, Organisational Design and Talent Management. Jilly is the UK&E Sponsor for both the companies Wellbeing and Empower (Women) networks. She is passionate about driving the agenda and change in these fields.
