STEM Apprenticeships: Best Practice for Inclusive Recruitment and Retention

January 27 @ 11:00 am 1:00 pm

TEAMS WEBINAR

Join WISE and University of West of England (UWE) on 27 January 2026 for a collaborative online session focused on how industry and academia can make STEM apprenticeship programmes more inclusive.

Bringing together employers, educators, and advocates, this event will explore how we can diversify STEM apprenticeships and showcase best practice in mentoring, outreach, and inclusive recruitment. You’ll get insights from UWE’s Office for Students funded Women in Industry project and hear from our panel of apprentices who will be sharing their personal experiences and ideas for change.

Come and take part in meaningful discussions and leave with practical, actionable strategies to drive lasting change in your organisation and across the STEM apprenticeship landscape.

This event is open to all.
