What is your favourite thing about your job? Hearing from patients about how our medicines have transformed their lives. The positive impact I can make keeps me motivated everyday – even with the 4am alarm for an early shift!
How did you get into STEM? I loved science and maths in school and knew I wanted to make a difference to the world in my career. I actually started a medicine degree before transferring to chemical engineering. I had no idea the positive impact engineers can make in the healthcare industry.
Fun fact: I’ve visited five out of seven continents and I’m hoping to make it six this year.
