Dagmar is a strategic problem solver and consultant with more than 25 years of experience in Analytics, Customer Insights and Marketing in FMCG as well as in Pharmaceuticals, known for creating alternative ways to solve a wide variety of business problems – always having ideas how to do things differently.
Dagmar holds since July 2019 the position of D&I lead at Pfizer UK. She developed a strategic plan to promote equality and gender parity in order to close the Gender Pay Gap, which is implemented now step by step. Pfizer UK won for the Strategy and the impact it has the prestigious enei Inclusivity Excellence Awards in October 2021 (enei is the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion and is the UK’s leading employer network covering all aspects of equality and inclusion issues in the workplace) as well as the global Healthcare Businesswomen ACE award.
