Attracting women into core-STEM roles is beset with difficulties. There is a limited pipeline with many hiring managers operating under unconscious biases. Similarly, jobs are often advertised poorly, preventing suitable women applying. This KSE aimed to look how employers might overcome these problems during the recruitment process.
