Katherine joined WISE in May 2018. Since joining, Katherine has held a variety of roles in the team – leading on the delivery of our outreach tool My Skills My Life, running mentoring and leadership programmes for key WISE partners, and leading on our business development work.
As our Knowledge and Impact Manager, Katherine now helps to position WISE as a thought-leader within the EDI STEM landscape by leading on our bespoke WISE research projects and leading on our WISE statistics.
She is working to measure the impact of WISE and the work we do, ensuring that we are effectively meeting customer needs, and ultimately driving change towards gender equity in STEM.
