Head of Products & Services (D&I)
Jack co-leads the Products & Services Delivery function at WISE. Jack has broad subject matter expertise across diversity, inclusion and associated employment law (Assoc CIPD) and is a confident public speaker and trainer.
Jack’s role is responsible for managing and delivering the standard Training and Support Measures that WISE members purchase through their memberships, as well as looking after the Ten Steps, WISE’s holistic framework for gender parity in STEM. This includes off-the-shelf training packages such as Inclusive Recruitment and Unconscious Bias training, as well as the annual benchmarking and organisational assessment aligned to the Ten Steps framework. Jack also provides key leadership and support to the Events team, empowering them to deliver WISE’s annual calendar of events.
His previous experience includes being a HR Project Leader at Network Rail, where he simultaneously sat on the LGBT+ employee network’s leadership team. Jack also has formal experience with in-house Diversity and Inclusion teams, whilst his Management studies at the University of Manchester allowed him to explore and grow his passion for social justice and equality in the workplace.
