Member resources are now aligned to the WISE Ten Steps. The Ten Steps provides a framework and best practices to help organisations improve the attraction, retention and progression of women.
Each of the Ten Steps is designed to drive company performance. Many organisations are already taking some of these steps. Some are tackling all of them. But even for those companies most ahead, there is always more to be done to maximise the contribution women make to the business.

Join a WISE Regional Hub
WISE Regional Hubs focus on local issues surrounding the retention and development of women within STEM careers and ways to encourage girls to consider STEM roles for their future. We currently have hubs in Aberdeen, North East, North West, West Midlands, Bristol and Plymouth. Members are eligible to join the steering group of WISE regional hubs, where applicable.
WISE Young Women Board
The WISE Young Women’s Board is made up of a select group of exceptional young women working in STEM, aged under 30. The WYWB inform strategy and provide insight. WISE recruits WYWB board members; only member employees are eligible to apply.
