WISE member organisations will receive a free conference ticket . To claim your free ticket, you need your WISE member code. To access  your exclusive code contact the WISE Office on 0113 222 6072 or contact your WISE Membership Account Manager

Upon completion of your purchase, you should receive a confirmation email which can act as a VAT receipt. If you require a different type of receipt or do not receive your confirmation email please contact us.
Once you have purchased your tickets please keep your confirmation email.
If you would prefer to be invoiced for your tickets please let us know.

How we use your information
Where you choose to buy a ticket to a WISE event and provide your personal details, we will use this information to complete the transaction, to contact you to acknowledge that we have received your booking and to keep you updated about the event. If you don’t provide us with certain personal details we will not be able to complete the transaction. For further information please contact us.

Substitute/Cancellation Policy
Please note no refunds are available for tickets. Should you not be able to attend and would like someone to use your ticket in your place please provide us with the new delegate details. Please notify us by email with the details of both the registered delegate and the replacement delegate at least 5 days in advance.
Sometimes we need to make amendments to the published conference programme, timings, or named speakers, and we reserve the right to do so without notice.

Our best efforts will be made to present the WISE Conference 2021 as advertised. However, we reserve the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the WISE Conference 2021, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The WISE Conference 2021 organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration.

Professional photography and video production will be taking place at the event, and these images may be used on future promotional material for WISE events. Please note that by attending the event, you are giving your consent for your image to be used on any WISE promotional materials
