What is it?

The WISE job portal. We can advertise your role on the WISE jobs website. Our WISE job alerts have over 13,000 subscribers, 95% of whom are women.
A recruitment workshop. You can take your team’s understanding of removing bias a step further by booking a WISE recruitment workshop. Participants will be able to test out feminine and masculine orientated language and debate the impression that companies create through their websites and other communication channels.
People Like Me. You can reach out to the next generation of women engineers, scientists and technicians through our People Like Me campaign. This provides research, resources and ideas for encouraging more girls and young women into STEM careers and so creating a more diverse pipeline of talent and skill for your organisation.
