Sumaiya is currently on Maternity Leave, enjoying time with the new member of the family.
Sumaiya works with the Relationship Management Team to support existing members and attract new members. She is responsible for supporting the life cycle of members by coordinating onboarding, engagement activities and renewals. She liaises with members and prospects to gather information and communicate details of the WISE membership benefits.
Sumaiya has previously worked in recruitment as a Vendor Partner and Resourcer carrying out various aspects of recruitment and HR formalities.
Sumaiya is passionate about increasing women participation and gender equality in STEM to create positive cultural change within organisations in STEM sectors.
In her spare time, Sumaiya supports her husband’s Travel Business. She also enjoys shopping and spending quality time with her little son and family.
