What projects / schemes / initiatives to support women’s recruitment, retention and progression in STEM are Ørsted UK involved in?

Our aim as an organisation is to create an inclusive & sustainable work life for everyone to thrive and grow. We approach this by focussing on getting the basics right, ensuring equal opportunities through improving our facilities, policies and processes.

We look to achieve these goals by working closely with our global employee networks, improved data and measurement, increasing organisational understanding and capability and through changing policies and processes that don’t work for everyone.

Our focus is on changing the way we do things, and making inclusion part of everything, on behaviour change, and experimentation.
