Working for the UK Government Equalities Office, Nina Lawrence is a policy advisor specialising in women’s economic empowerment and removing barriers to gender equality. She leads on the government’s commitment to support returners – raising awareness of the returner talent pool and delivering programmes across the public and private sector. Before working at the GEO, Nina was a management consultant at Accenture and qualified as a secondary school science teacher.
