One of my favourite tasks each year is reading the inspiring stories in the nominations for our awards – there are so many amazing women.
It’s been very hard to pick the finalists. Thank you to everyone who has helped us with the judging this year. We’ve chosen four finalists for some of the categories because they are all so impressive. There is a good spread across sectors: aerospace; automotive, chemicals, defence, education, energy and technology. Join us on 7 November to celebrate their achievements.
It’s been a busy month – with WISE Knowledge Sharing Events on recruitment and Women in Power and two people joining the WISE team – welcome to Amanda Clark in our marketing team and Kathy Jones in our finance team. Our team keeps strengthening as we help our members deliver more opportunities for women across STEM.
