We have just launched our Mentorship Programme for our female employees to help them grow in their roles and become the future leaders of tomorrow, but to also ensure we have role models, at all levels, for young women to aspire to.
As of January 2021, we will be to partnering with the 1851 Trust for their STEM Crew module as we believe that the engineering industry needs to be without barriers to entry, and often social mobility is one of the greatest.
