Lily is a diversity and inclusion (D&I) professional leading transformational culture change programmes and co-leading a team of D&I specialists at Network Rail – a large, complex, and unionised organisation. She’s passionate about creating a more inclusive rail industry for everyone, where barriers are removed, and poor behaviours are challenged. Through partnering closely with HR and leaders, she integrates D&I into people and business policies and processes and holds the business accountable for delivery. The programmes she’s led have been recognised as best practice by organisations including the CIPD, who shortlisted her project for their ‘Best D&I’ initiative award 2022.
