We welcomed Ellie Alexander (Head of Recruitment for UK and Ireland, AtkinsRéalis) and Martin Thomas (Engineering Talent Lead, AWE) to share best practice on how they are embedding inclusive recruitment within their organisations to speak at our online KSE (Knowledge Sharing Event) on 23 January 2025.
Our speakers shared their learnings, covering a wide range of topics from crafting effective and accessible job descriptions and supporting managers, to engaging with new audiences through innovative recruitment schemes. It was fantastic to see the great work our members, AtkinsRéalis and AWE, are doing to attract and retain talent within their organisations, and how their learnings can be applied across the STEM sector.
