Senior Manager, Learning & Development Supply Chain
What do you become a part of
The L&D function will need to be a true business partner and work with the GB SC Director & Technology lead, SC HRBP GB as well as Operations Directors, Engineering and HRBPs in the plants and warehouses to lift the level of L&D interventions, to increase usage of the Academy (our internal Learning Management System) and continue to implement the 70/20/10 learning delivery across. You will be doing this through developing your team of L&D professionals and by building strong relationships with your key stakeholders and customers.
What you will do
In this role, you will be leading and developing a team of L&D professionals across Great Britain and work closely with the SC leadership team to manage the L&D needs across the country for end-to-end Supply Chain functions in GB. This includes, and is not limited to, supporting your team with needs analysis, delivery, reporting and evaluation to ensure excellence in executing key learning interventions as well as sharing best practices across your team and peers.
This position will be very challenging and highly developmental, affording the successful candidate the opportunity to work with senior levels of the organization on a diverse range of regional, country, cross-business and strategic initiatives and lead a team to success.
The major areas of responsibility will be the management of the Learning & Development needs for Supply Chain; including needs analysis, planning, delivery, reporting & evaluation, to ensure excellence in executing key learning interventions and accurate reporting on these.
In addition you will lead a team of L&D experts, based in the sites. The role will be both hands on and strategic.
The role will report to the Associate Director, Learning & Development Supply Chain CCEP. The role will also provide vital links with the various Engineering and Technology leaders (i.e. Cold Drinks Operations, Asset Care, Operational Excellence) to implement training and strategy in GB.
