Yvonne Bennett, Group Head Never Harm CDP, J. Murphy & Sons Ltd
Yvonne joined J Murphy & Son in October 2011. With over 10 years’ experience as a Culture Development Programme lead in high risk environments, she is responsible for the continual development and international implementation of the Murphy ‘Never Harm’ Culture Development Programme, which continues to receive industry recognition and praise for its different approach to sustaining a ‘Never Harm’ culture in SHESQ. Yvonne and her operative-level coaches present in a peer-to-peer way and have delivered 850 sessions, directly influencing 9,000 delegates in the UK, Ireland and Australia. The sessions are so compelling, with an engaging approach to eliminating risk, they are described as ‘world-class’ by clients. Since launching the programme, there has been a 45% reduction in LTI’s, (lost time injuries), for five years, 37% reduction in slips, trips and falls and a reduction in RIDDORS (Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurences Regulations) by 65%. A certified Master Practitioner in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and a professional Performance Coach, Yvonne uses psychology tools and techniques for the sustainable approaches of the Programme. Prior to joining Murphy, Yvonne held a number of Director roles in international Business Development & Marketing working with FTSE top 100 Companies.
