HRS are delighted to become a member of WISE. Being a recruitment leader in the Life Sciences industry we are aware of the challenges faced by women in STEM, and we are proud to be able to support WISE. The pandemic has brought many challenges for us all and it is a testament to those in the life sciences industry that they have been able to continue working in some of the hardest conditions often with little recognition.

As a business we pride ourselves on our diversity which is present in all our processes as a recruitment agency. We have implemented software which monitors all our job advertisements for gender bias and will highlight any adverts which utilise words that are considered ‘male oriented’.
