Hannah joined WISE as the Events Lead in November 2021. She is responsible for the development, planning and coordination of the organisation’s online webinars, knowledge sharing events, award ceremonies and conferences.
She has worked as a charity and not for profit events professional for over 10 years organising a variety of very different events such as a ‘Dragons Den’ style Stem Award project for children, a 100km bike ride, a firewalk and an Abseil down Peacehaven Cliffs. Her first job in London was in the communications department of a pharmaceutical promotions company which involved supporting large symposium events. Her bachelor’s degree, from Liverpool John Moore’s University, was in Creative Writing and Life Literature and thought.
