SUMMARY:Academic Roundtable: Encouraging Diversity In Leadership
DESCRIPTION:Join us and the University of Bradford for this inspiring KSE which will explore ways academic institutions can Encourage Diversity in Leadership\, with a particular focus on gender and ethnic diversity. \nThis Round Table event\, starting with keynote presentations by speakers from both academia and corporate sectors\, knowledgeable in EDI within the STEM sector. \nThey will discuss effective and creative initiatives that they used to improve leadership diversity within their organisations. They will also be sharing their best practice experiences\, talking through the challenges they faced and the next steps their organisations are taking. \nFull speaker bios will be available on our website shortly. \nThere will then be a number of Round Table discussions; attendees will rotate between tables and have facilitated discussions on topics covered in the presentations.
