He has lived and worked in the EU\, US and Asia\, experiencing many cultures and ways that women have worked within an industry that has historically been seen as being male dominated. Simon is proud to be an active ally and mentor\, supporting diversity inclusion and belonging at Air Products.  \nGary Hawkins\, Head of Streetworks\, Reinstatement and Collaboration\, Cadent Gas \n \nGary is the Head of Streetworks\, Reinstatement and Collaboration for Cadent Gas London Network. He’s been in the role for three years and have been at Cadent for ten years.
