At WISE, we’re on a mission to drive diversity and inclusion in the UK STEM workforce. As a not-for-profit community interest company, we’re dedicated to enabling and promoting the participation, contribution, and success of women in STEM fields and, as part of our continued growth, we’re seeking a passionate individual to join us as an EDI Content Writer, dedicated to nurturing and growing existing accounts and fostering our commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI).

Working with WISE isn’t just a job – it’s an opportunity to make a tangible difference to society. As EDI Content Writer, you’ll be at the forefront of our efforts, creating valuable, actionable and data-driven content for our members.

Your role will involve conducting conversations with business leaders to gain information and insights for case studies, blogs and event reports for our member network. You’ll get the opportunity to attend WISE’s flagship events, webinars and member workshops, producing reports to capture and share key insights. You’ll keep abreast with the most up to date, relevant EDI research, and pull together statistical write ups to enable WISE to stay at the forefront of thought leadership in gender parity in STEM.

By creating content that provides our members and partners with practical information on how to drive diversity and inclusion across the STEM pipeline, you’ll play a crucial role in empowering them to achieve their goals.

You should be comfortable handling and interpreting data and pulling out tangible recommendations from this. You should have high attention to detail for proofing and editing written content. If you enjoy working autonomously, but within a collaborative working environment, and are eager to contribute to our cause, we want to hear from you.
