Of Rolls-Royce’s 16,000 engineers globally, 11% are women and the company has a policy of openness and inclusivity meaning everyone knows what is available and has the support necessary to plan and advance their careers.
As part of its drive to increase women engineers, Rolls-Royce’s implemented its People Development Framework as well as its Know, Grow, Flow model.
Of the engineering graduate intake in 2017, 15% were women and for apprenticeship programmes, this was 17%. A specialist academy development programme started in 2012 with very little gender diversity, but by 2017 13% of its alumni were women.« Back to Listing Page
