Network Rail – Barriers to Progression

Network Rail launched a far-reaching diversity and inclusion strategy in 2020. One element of this, The Gender Matters Project, aims to increase the number of women working at all levels of the business and remove the barriers to progression they face. Network Rail recently conducted an initiative to understand and address barriers women face in their career. The following slides provide insight into the data collected around the issue as well as the organisation’s research objectives, methodology and findings.
