Our purpose

Gender equality in STEM benefits the individual, company performance and economy. Thus, our purpose is to:

  • Partner with organisations who understand that diverse teams are better teams, and guide them in creating an inclusive cultural change and strengthen STEM sectors by championing diversity of thought, background and life experience to better the UK and make STEM inclusive to all.
  • Support women so they can remain and progress in their STEM careers
  • Inspire girls to envision a future in STEM
