Insightful inclusion: making EDI data standard practice
In today’s fast-evolving workplace, organisations are increasingly turning to data to create diverse, equitable, and inclusive (EDI) environments.
But collecting, analysing and leveraging this data effectively can be a challenge. Speakers Daisy March (IET EDI Manager) and Katherine Watson (WISE Knowledge and Impact Manager) provided HR leaders, diversity managers and organisational decision-makers with the knowledge and tools they need to make EDI initiatives more data-driven and impactful, as well as taking an intersectional data approach to enable organisations to attract, progress and retain more women in STEM.
