Andrea has 20 years’ experience as a neurodiversity assessor and working in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. With a background in intelligence, languages and strategic communication, her specialist area of interest is cyberpsychology. She has led several academic longitudinal studies on resilience and has recently contributed to Kay Adam’s book, ‘Still Hot’ which is a collection of stories about the menopause. She is a keen advocate for social mobility and supports the government employers action group for progressing the inclusion agenda.
