What is The Ford WISE Prize?

Sponsored by Ford Motor Company and WISE (Women Into Science, Engineering and Construction), the Ford WISE Prize recognises outstanding commitment and achievement by female undergraduates in all disciplines of engineering. It has been introduced to encourage and promote the potential of engineering careers to women.

Supported by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, the prize promotes women who choose engineering as a discipline for their careers and aims to acknowledge outstanding female engineering students in their penultimate year of study.
